In this presentation Shawn teaches the four most important qualities every student needs develop in order to have a successful life. Shawn will address:

The significance of choosing the right FRIENDS
The magnitude of ENDURANCE in order to obtain one’s goals.

Using the acronym GEAR Shawn inspires and challenges students concerning:
GOALS-Aim at nothing and you will hit it every time.
EFFORT-You can have lights & cameras but nothing will happen until you take action
ATTITUDE-Your attitude will always determine your altitude.
RELATIONSHIPS-There is a reason eagles and turkeys don’t hang out together.
GOAL ACHIEVEMENT
At the very young age of 16 Shawn purchased his first vehicle. At the age of 20 he purchased his first home and then went on to purchase several more homes, complete his BA & MA degrees, start several successful businesses and more. He explains to students that a huge part of accomplishing these things was because he learned to set S.M.A.R.T. GOALS.
ANTI BULLYING
In this presentation Shawn uses multiple student interaction, object lessons and real life stories in order to creatively explain the contemporary meaning of bullying, the specific roles students often play and how bullying ultimately affects others.
CHARACTER EDUCATION
In less than one hour Shawn in his own unique style can motivate students to live lives of greater character. He spells out character using seven principles: Example, Truthfulness, Tolerance, Empathy, Love, Humility & Patience.
YOUTH LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
In order for youth to be prepared to work in partnership with adults, they need to develop and/or enhance their leadership skills. In this presentation Shawn focuses on those students who have have leadership potential and examines The 5 Qualities of a Young Leader.
YOUTH ECONOMIC SUCCESS EMPOWERMENT
Most young people have never heard of Dr. Farrah Gray who is young American businessman, investor, philanthropist, author, syndicated columnist, and motivational speaker. At the young age of 14 Farrah Gray became a multi-millionaire. Using Farah’s story, his own story and snippets from the lives of others Shawn encourages & teaches aspiring entrepreneurs 7 practical principles that will help them get their start in entrepreneurship.
YOUTH ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT
Shawn loves to motivate and challenge students before taking major tests. With practical and insightful principles he empowers students to get better grades, improve on standardized tests, stay enrolled in school in order to succeed in life. Using the story of his own life he explains how he went from a GED to obtaining a Master’s Degree.
